That would be cool if you found the trophy! You reminded me of all of my Mom's bowling trophies that we just boxed up for her. I wonder if she was ever in the newspaper?! Happy Blogoversary!
Wow, how exciting! My Dad and his best friend were also nuts about slot car racing! I remember just about every Saturday night, My Dad, me, and my brother would meet his friend and son at the slot car track on McCart Street in Fort Worth, Texas. This was in the late 1960's. We had so much fun! What wonderful memories! Thanks for sharing!
